What this site knows about you

Very little. There are no accounts, no forms, no advertising and no tracking cookies.

Last updated 26 October 2026

Yunusov Law Professional Corporation ("Yunusov Law") provides this website, thequestion.tv, the home of The Yunusov Question. This notice explains what personal information the site collects, how it is used, and how you can ask about it. It covers this site only.

Watching a video

An episode page shows a still picture until you press play. Only then does it load YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com). From that moment YouTube, owned by Google, receives the usual information about your visit, under Google's privacy policy. The same applies when you watch on youtube.com.

Listening

The audio plays from the podcast's hosting service, which receives your IP address and browser details when the audio loads. Podcast apps you subscribe with have their own policies.

Likes and marks

When you press "Hear, hear" or mark a passage, the site records that one visitor did so. To count each visitor once, it keeps a code computed from your IP address with a secret key. The code cannot be turned back into your address, and the address itself is not stored. Nothing else is kept: no name, no e-mail address, no cookie. The code is kept as long as the like or mark it counts, and you can take back a like or a mark at any time. The counts are kept by a database service.

Reporting an error in a transcript

The Report button beside a transcript opens a message in your own e-mail program; the site itself receives nothing. If you send it, Yunusov Law receives your e-mail address and what you wrote, and uses them only to check the correction and, if needed, to reply.

Visiting the site

The company that hosts the site receives the technical details every visit sends, such as your IP address, browser, the page and the time, and keeps them briefly to run and protect the site. The typefaces load from a font service, which receives your IP address when they load.

Sharing and storage

Personal information from this site is not sold or used for advertising. The services above handle it only to provide their services, and some of them process it outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. It is disclosed to others only where the law requires it.
