Yunusov Law Professional Corporation ("Yunusov Law") provides The Yunusov Question and this website, thequestion.tv, on these terms. They apply to anyone who uses the site, and to anyone on whose behalf it is used.
These terms may change by a change to this page, and using the site afterwards means accepting the change. The site itself may change or be taken down at any time.
No legal advice, no lawyer and client
Nothing on this site is legal advice. The conversations, their audio, video and transcripts are general discussion. The transcripts are machine-made and checked by AI, and may still contain errors. Using the site, or writing to Yunusov Law, does not make anyone a client of Yunusov Law or of any guest, and creates no obligation for Yunusov Law. Guests speak for themselves; judges who appear do not speak for their courts. For your own situation, consult a lawyer.
As is
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and you use it at your own risk. Verify anything you want to rely on. To the extent the law allows, Yunusov Law is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the site or its content.
Who owns what
The Yunusov Question, its name, its episodes, their audio, video and transcripts, and the rest of this site belong to Yunusov Law. You may watch, listen to and read them for your own use, link to any page, and quote short passages with credit to the speaker and a link to the episode. Anything more, such as republishing whole episodes or transcripts, needs Yunusov Law's written permission. This does not limit what Canadian copyright law already allows, such as fair dealing.
Feedback is a gift
Likes, passage marks, reports of errors, suggestions and anything else you send through or about the site are voluntary and given free of charge. Giving them creates no relationship and no obligation, and gives you no right, title or interest in the show, the site, the book or any other work or asset of Yunusov Law, and no claim to payment, credit or confidentiality. Yunusov Law may use them, or not, in any way and for any purpose, including the book. To the extent you hold any rights in what you send, you give Yunusov Law a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, change and publish it in any form, and you waive any moral rights in it. Send only what you are free to share, and nothing confidential or privileged.
Using likes and marks fairly
"Hear, hear" and transcript marks are for readers and listeners. Do not automate them or try to inflate them. Counts may be corrected or removed at any time.
Other sites
Links to other sites (YouTube, podcast apps, guests' pages) are for convenience. Those sites have their own terms, and Yunusov Law is not responsible for them.
Unlawful use
Do not use the site or its content for anything unlawful. If you do, you are responsible for the costs, losses and liability that result to Yunusov Law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario decide any dispute about them.
